Depending on state of residence, loans are available through Liberty First Lending, LLC (“Liberty”).
Not all loans will be made through Liberty. Loans may be brokered based on state. Lower interest rate
loans and loan amounts above $35,000 may also be brokered. Liberty offers personal loan services,
personal loan brokerage services and lead referral services. Brokered loans will be subject to the
terms and conditions of the ultimate loan provider (“Provider”)
Loan amounts range from $2,500-$45,000. APRs will range from 5.99%-29.99% and include a required
origination fee of 4.9% that will be financed into the loan. Loan must be used to directly pay off
qualifying existing balances. All loans are subject to credit review and approval. You may be declined
if your income is too low to support your current financial obligations along with the new loan. This
soft inquiry will not affect your credit score. Should you elect to move forward with the loan, a hard
inquiry will be run prior to funding that could affect your credit score. If you accept your rate,
proceed with your application, and take out a loan, repayment information will be reported to the
credit bureaus. To evaluate savings on a loan you are considering, it is important to compare your
actual APR from your existing balances to the APR offer by Provider.
To receive a loan, you must be a US citizen or permanent resident, currently reside in the US, and be
at least 18 years old. Please note that with prior consent, all calls with the company may be recorded
or monitored for quality assurance and training purposes. Utah Registered Consumer Lender. All rights
